The photographs on this site show work we drew, built and fitted ourselves. They are protected, as are the texts, the layout and the DO HAB name.

Reproducing any of it, in whole or in part, on another site or in commercial material requires our prior written agreement. Linking to this site, of course, does not.

Accuracy of the information

The work shown here consists of finished projects, drawn to the dimensions of one particular room. It illustrates what we do; it is neither a catalogue nor an offer, and none of these pieces can be repeated identically elsewhere.

Only a signed quotation binds us, on price as on content. Colours on a screen are never a substitute for a sample.

Personal data

Filling in this form is not compulsory: a call or a direct email does just as well. If you do use it, we process your details to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible quotation — processing that follows from your own approach and from the exchanges that precede a contract.

The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number if given, the type of project and your message. We use these only to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible quotation. They are never sold, and never used to send you advertising.

The form itself is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message on to our mailbox without keeping it.

Web3Forms, which delivers the form, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site, are established outside the European Union: your message passes through their servers before it reaches us. It is then kept in our mailbox, which is hosted in Europe.

Your enquiry is kept for as long as we are in contact about it, and then for the warranty period if work followed. After that it is deleted.

You may at any time ask to see your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use, to obtain a copy of it, or to object to it being processed, by writing to info@dohab.be. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It loads nothing from a third-party server — even the typeface is served from our own domain. That is why you saw no consent banner on arrival.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Should a dispute arise that we cannot settle between us, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction. Consumers may also turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be).
